New Longaberger Shoppers New customers who have never shopped with Longaberger before may begin shopping on this site without logging in. Upon check-out, you will be prompted to create a new customer account with username and password. At that time, you will also be asked if you would like to select a Consultant with whom to work and receive future Longaberger sales information from.   Longaberger Home Consultants Existing Longaberger Home Consultants, and those who left the Company any time after January 2013, should use your existing email address as your username. Please use the Forgot Password function if you do not remember your password. Additionally, if you would like to change your username or password at a later date, you may do so through My Account -> Account Settings  Collectors Club Members who are NOT Consultants For Collectors Club Members with active memberships, Charter Members with expired memberships since January 2010, and regular Members with expired memberships since January 2012. Your username for the site (without quotes) is “C#######”, where the C is capital and ####### is your Collectors Club Member Number. Your initial password for the site is your last name in all lowercase letters. Once you have successfully logged into the site for the first time, you will be prompted to reset your password. Additionally, if you would like to change your username or password at a later date, you may do so through My Account -> Account Settings  Customers Who Have Previously Shopped with Longaberger and Are None of the Previous Customer Types If you did not receive an email from Longaberger with your new username and password, please contact your Longaberger Home Consultant for assistance. He or she will be able to provide your new username. You can then retrieve or set a new password using the Forgot Password function. Once you have successfully logged into the site for the first time, you will be prompted to reset your password. Additionally, if you would like to change your username or password at a later date, you may do so through My Account -> Account Settings. If you cannot reach your Longaberger Home Consultant for assistance or your Consultant is no longer with the company, please follow the directions listed above for New Longaberger Shoppers.
